Currently, the most popular project in the education sector is CSSR (COVID-19 School Sector Response Program), which is being run jointly by UNICEF and the Government of Bangladesh. A significant part of this project is being completed by VISCOM. It was a huge challenge to create about 400 audiovisual content of The National Curriculum and Textbooks in just two months. For the implementation of this project, the VISCOM team first created a functional planning table. In planning, the workflow chart is created very smoothly so that the project can be carried out from the beginning to the end without any kind of hurdles. Besides, the list of proper resources and skilled manpower is prepared. Since the time to implement the project was very short, the team ensured efficient manpower and proper utilization of time.

This project is almost at the final stage of successful completion. VISCOM is now much more experienced, and competent to complete any project like CSSR very efficiently.
